The singing fountains in Yekaterinburg on Plotinka are a wonderful landmark of the city, which gives it a special charm and atmosphere. These fountains create an incredible experience for locals and visitors alike.
The technical component of the structure includes more than 100 nozzles and about 200 lamps placed on a special pontoon 11.5 meters wide, which is located in the water of Iset. The light and music fountain is controlled automatically from a special technical room.
The fountain operates in several modes: static, dynamic (with a change in the water pattern) and musical. Every hour the fountain puts on a half-hour show, which is becoming increasingly popular among citizens and visitors to the city. In the evening, from 20:00 to 23:00, there are light shows that attract many spectators.
The fountain in the Historical Park on the water area of the City Pond is a unique object and one of the largest light and music fountains in Russia. Its jet reaches a height of up to 25 meters, creating an impressive spectacle.
The fountain's operating schedule provides for its operation from May to September. During the day it operates without light and music from 12:00 to 20:00, and in the evening from 20:00 to 23:00 citizens and guests of the city can enjoy a water show with music and light effects.
