Description
Church of the Holy Trinity, located on the territory of the hospital named after N.I. Pirogov in Orenburg, is a striking example of the architectural and spiritual heritage of this region. Construction began in 2009 and was completed two years later, the temple quickly became the center of the religious and cultural life of the surrounding residents.
The initiator and sponsor of the construction of the temple was S.I. Filippov, general director of the Stroylandia group of companies, whose charity made this project possible. The architectural design of the temple in the ancient Novgorod style, carried out under the leadership of the famous Orenburg architect Yuri Grigoriev, gave it a majestic and beautiful appearance with white walls and golden domes.
Inside the temple, a vibrant spiritual life continues: worship services, events for children, adults and pregnant women, as well as cultural events and missionary work are held. An important part of the complex is the basement with a baptistery, as well as an administrative building with a refectory and a church shop.
Next to the temple you can find the Bench of Reconciliation, one of the city attractions of Orenburg, which makes it not only the center of spiritual life, but also a meeting and communication place for city residents.
