The monument to Musa Jalil in the Fourth of April Square in the city of Orenburg was erected in 1996 to mark the 90th anniversary of the poet’s birth. This monument is dedicated to the great poet-hero, born in the Orenburg region.
The monument depicts Musa Jalil sitting on a stone and calmly watching people passing by. This image conveys the atmosphere of inner peace and wisdom characteristic of the poet’s personality.
The Fourth of April Square, where this monument is located, is a small, well-kept park. On its territory there are paths, a board of honor, and an alley of heroes. Next to the monument to Musa Jalil there is also a monument “The Good Angel of Peace”.
It is a wonderful place to walk and visit, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and see monuments dedicated to important historical figures.
