The Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, located in the village of Perevoloki, has a rich history, dating back to its foundation around 1680. This historical object arose during the life of the Zhiguli Cossack freemen, when boats were transported here between the Volga and Usa, significantly shortening the journey along the river.

Description
The Stepan Razin Cave, located in the Samarskaya Luka National Park, is an interesting natural formation surrounded by historical legends. This cave is of karst origin and was formed as a result of rocks being washed away by water.
Of particular interest to the cave is the legend associated with it about Stepan Razin, the leader of the uprising of 1670-1671. According to legend, the cave was used by him and his people as a shelter. Some argue that the cave was very large at that time, even allowing horses to enter, and the entrance to it remained invisible. The entrance is now even less visible and would be difficult to find without a sign.
You can visit the cave and go through this tourist route for a standard fee. The entrance fee is 100 rubles per person, but for children under 7 years old and preferential categories, admission is free. The time that can be spent in the cave usually does not exceed 10 minutes, but there are equipped rest areas, tent sites and springs with drinking water nearby.
The cave of Stepan Razin is both a natural and historical monument. Its surroundings are also of interest for research, since next to it are Malaya Ryazan and Bolshaya Ryazan, the sites of Russian settlements of the 16th-18th centuries on the Samarskaya Luka.
The legend that the cave is named after Stenka Razin is passed down among local residents from generation to generation, although there is no actual confirmation of this connection. However, the place remains popular among tourists and history and nature lovers.
