Description

Emir waterfall is the lowest in the river system of the Djily-Su tract. It is formed by the Karakaya-Su River, which meanders through the mountain slopes before flowing into the Emir Falls. This waterfall is low, only about seven and a half meters, which makes it less impressive compared to its neighbors: Kyzyl-Su, Sultan and Karakaya-Su.

However, what makes Emir Falls unique is the color of its water. Unlike other streams in the area, which are colored in various shades of brown and ashy in summer, the water of Emir Falls is always clear and clear, like a baby's tear. Another feature of the waterfall is the brightly colored rocks from which water flows. The variety of flowers on the rocks makes Emir even more attractive to tourists.

You can get close to the Emir Falls, which allows you to take great photos. Sometimes you can see a colorful rainbow here, especially on clear days. Although the Emir Falls have different names, it is often called the Liver Falls because of one of the narzans that flows at its base, which is said to have healing properties for the liver.

In order to get to the Emir waterfall, you should go to the Djily-Su clearing from the car-tent camp. The journey takes about 20 minutes and passes the legendary Narzan Valley. Tourists will also be interested in visiting the improvised baths at an altitude of more than 2300 meters, where they can plunge into mineral water and feel a unique sensation.

The Djily-Su tract is located in the wilderness of the Caucasus Mountains, and traveling to it through an asphalt serpentine road will be a complete adventure. This corner of nature allows you to feel unity with nature and enjoy the beauty of the Caucasus, be it picturesque alpine meadows, dense forests or stormy rivers.
