Парк имени С. М. Кирова— парк, расположенный в исторической части города Стерлитамака. Ограничен улицами К. Маркса (с востока), Сакко и Ванцетти (с юга), Садовой (с севера) и Мира (с запада). В парке расположен монумент лицам, пострадавшим при испытании атомного оружия в Семипалатинске и при ликвидации последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС.

Здание бывшей земской управы- это историческое здание, памятник регионального значения, который расположен в исторической части города Стерлитамак. Являлся самой красивой городской постройкой дореволюционного Стерлитамака. Здание было возведено по проекту архитектора Уваркина и инженера Корсака в 1914 году. На сегодняшний день в нем находится Управление социального обеспечения.
