Description

The Belogory tract is a unique natural attraction located in the Saraktash district of the Orenburg region. This is a vast hilly karst field formed by gypsum rocks of the Kungurian stage. Thanks to its natural beauty and unique landscapes, the Belogory tract attracts many tourists and travelers.

Belogory is also known as the Belogorsk Gate because of the saddle, which in the past was used as a road for horse-drawn carts. This piece of land has a peculiar relief structure, formed due to the “deflection” of soft gypsum rocks. On the slopes you can observe a string of natural formations, such as craters and depressions, as well as small lakes formed in them.

A special feature of the Belogory Tract is also the outlet of spring water on the eastern side, which has a strong salty taste. This spring becomes an additional attractive element for visitors and adds mystery and interest to the place.

For lovers of nature and hiking, the Belogory tract represents an excellent opportunity to enjoy the amazing landscapes and natural diversity of this region.
