Description
The Zyuratkul Fountain, also known as the “Ice Fountain,” is a unique natural object that amazes with its beauty and unusualness. Formed by chance in 1976 during geological exploration, this artesian fountain has become one of the amazing natural phenomena.
To get to the Zyuratkul fountain, you can use a car. There are several routes, but, for example, from the M5 highway you will need to turn to the village of Sibirsk and go through it. Along the way there will be a barrier, behind which the Chelyabinsk Nature Reserve "Zyuratkul" is located. After purchasing tickets and passing the gatehouse, follow the signs to the Zyuratkul artesian fountain. The path to it will take approximately 5 kilometers.
In winter, the road to the fountain is cleared of snow, which makes it accessible to visitors at any time of the year. However, to enjoy its beauty, it is best to visit in winter, when the water gushing from the ground forms a majestic ice sculpture around it.
It is important to remember that the Zyuratkul Nature Reserve is protected by the state, so payment in the form of tickets is required to visit. It is also possible to stay overnight in guest houses, where you can spend time in comfort and enjoy the beauty of this amazing corner of nature.
