Когда-то здесь стояла водяная мельница. Для привода её рабочего колеса был выкопан и укреплён природным камнем канал,который отводил воду из речки Каргалка к мельнице. Очень жаль,что в нашем крае строили в основном из дерева. В этом месте в царское время стояла водяная мельница,деревянная, и конечно от неё ничего не осталось... Но вот плотина и главное выдолбленное в камнях обводное русло - отлично сохранились.Гигантский,каторжный труд рабов позволил нам увидеть и прочувствовать затерянную машину времени...
В самом центре села Татарская Каргала, находиться историческое здание построенное в 1811-1814. Оно огорожено забором, но нам удалось туда пробраться. Выглядит объект красиво и плачевно. Жалко, что только кирпичи уцелели до нашего времени.
Дом Сеита Хаялина построен в 1744 году, в честь основателя слобода была названа Сеитова. В 1745 году Сенат от имени императрицы Елизаветы выдал Сеиту Хаялину указ-грамоту, определяющую поселения, территорию и льготы.
Местные жители называют это место Лысый овраг (если кто знает правильное название оврага, то поправьте меня). В любое время года здесь очень живописно. Главное, что рядом с городом. Зимой можно пройти спокойно и полюбоваться красотами. Весной распускаются разные деревья и цветы, бегут ручьи и впадают с Сакмару. Осенью все желто-красное от листвы.
Правая сторона реки Сакмара имеет красивое название Урочище Муратоуз. Красивые выходы красноцветных песчаников. Можно и отдохнуть в тени деревьев, полюбоваться красотой камня и искупаться в Сакмаре.
