The Museum of Happy Childhood in the center of Kazan invites everyone to an exciting journey back in time to plunge into the atmosphere of the Soviet past. This unique museum occupies two floors and presents a variety of exhibits that allow visitors not only to look at, but also to touch the life and everyday life of the Soviet era.
On the ground floor of the museum there is an exhibition related to the Soviet school. Here you can see wooden desks, books, stationery, pioneer symbols, and much more that was an integral part of school life in the USSR. A special feature of this floor is the opportunity to try on various objects and create fun photos.
The exhibition on the second floor, called “Life Line,” allows you to go through all stages of the life of a person born in the 70s and 80s. Here are children's toys, books, musical instruments, clothes, photographs and much more that accompanied every Soviet child on the path from childhood to adulthood.
The museum also presents gifts from famous Russian and foreign celebrities, as well as interactive games and slot machines that allow you to plunge into the atmosphere of the past even deeper.
The museum is located in the very center of the city, which makes it easily accessible to everyone. The museum is open daily, without lunch, from 10:00 to 20:00.
