An unfinished five-story building in the city of Orsk is of interest to local residents and extreme sports enthusiasts. There are different versions regarding its intended purpose: according to one information, it was supposed to be a preventive sanatorium, according to another, a restaurant complex. A large parking space located on its territory has become a habitat for ominous dogs.
Local parkour and extreme sports enthusiasts nicknamed this building “Bird” because of its shape, which resembles a bird, especially when viewed from satellite images. From the roof of the building there is a view of the local thermal power plant, giving this place a special charm and mystery.
A tragic event occurred in June 2011, when a 17-year-old teenager, despite his sports training, fell from a great height and died. This was not an isolated death at the site, which attracted the attention of local residents and raised concerns.
Despite the risks and warnings, teenagers and extreme sports enthusiasts continue to spend their time in this abandoned building, attracted by its mysterious atmosphere and the opportunity to feel the adrenaline.

Спускатся туда опасно! делать только со страховкой! не ходите туда без дыхательной системы замкнутого цикла возможны газы радон и метан. не исследованно! ВНИМАНИЕ НИ ОДИН ПРОТИВОГАЗ НЕ МОЖЕТ ОТФИЛЬТРОВАТЬ РАДОН! 10 минут в этом газу = рак лёгких в худшем случае смерть.
Посередине наложенных плит находится проход в подвал. Мусора немного. хорошее место для любителей одиночества. Полицию некто не вызывает, даже если засекут ничего не скажут.
