Description
On the territory of an abandoned bomb site, probably used during the Great Patriotic War, you can find interesting evidence of history. It is assumed that this place served as a training ground for pilots of OVVAKUL (Orenburg Higher Military Aviation Red Banner School of Pilots named after I. S. Polbin), active from 1921 to 1993. Today at the test site you can see large craters formed as a result of explosions of aircraft bombs. The average diameter of these craters is about 5 meters, and the depth is approximately 2 meters. Some of them are filled with stagnant water, creating an atmosphere of mystery and mystery of this place.
